These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the K-12 Podcasts website and services (collectively, the “Service”), operated by K-12 Network Inc. By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. Using the Service

K-12 Podcasts is a curated directory of podcasts, episodes, hosts, and guests relevant to K–12 education. You may browse the directory, submit podcast suggestions, create an account, set notification preferences, and claim or manage a profile subject to these Terms and our admin review.

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of others or restrict their use of the Service.

2. Accounts

To access certain features, such as alerts and profile claims, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Please notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

3. Content and submissions

By submitting a podcast, profile information, or other content to the Service, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to display, distribute, and modify that content for the purpose of operating and promoting the directory.

We reserve the right to refuse, edit, or remove any submission or profile change that violates these Terms, is inaccurate, misleading, or infringes third-party rights.

4. Intellectual property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by K-12 Network Inc. and its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Podcast artwork, episode descriptions, and other third-party content remain the property of their respective owners.

5. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any listing is accurate, complete, or up-to-date.

6. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, K-12 Network Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

8. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

9. Governing law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles.
